Homeless Pets Rescued & Transported Successfully

Transport 05

On May 16th, Giles Animal Rescue Volunteers and Tri-County Vet staff came together and transported homeless pets to a no-kill rescue in Summerduck, Virginia where they will be adopted and have a 2nd chance at a good life. 12 dogs and 3 cats were rescued.

Pictured is the Giles Animal Rescue van, loaded and ready to go on Friday morning. This van was recently donated to the volunteer group for use in transports. Giles Animal Rescue averages one trip a month to the Lost Dog and Cat Sanctuary in addition to other rescues that they also work with.  Thank you to all the volunteers and supporters of Giles Animal Rescue.
